The Canadian Museum of History is one of Canada’s architectural and cultural jewels. The curvilinear postmodern architecture of Canadian Museum of History is designed by Canadian architect Douglas Cardinal. The curved walls of this marvel architecture echo the shape of a lapping tide.

Sighetu-Marmatiei by vjdooms

Sighetu Marmației is situated along the Tisa river on the border with Ukraine, across from the Ukrainian town of Solotvyno. Neighboring communities include: Sarasău, Săpânța, Câmpulung la Tisa, Ocna Șugatag, Giulești, Vadu Izei, Rona de Jos and Bocicoiu Mare communities in Romania, Bila Cerkva community and the Solotvyno township in Ukraine (Zakarpattia Oblast). The city administers five villages: Iapa (Kabolapatak), Lazu Baciului (Bácsiláz), Șugău (Sugó), Valea Cufundoasă (Mélypatak) and Valea Hotarului (Határvölgy).

From a series of fine art black and white photographs showing the unique beauty and architectural detail of the symbol of Tehran, Azadi Tower, Iran. Azadi Tower is a post-modern architecture designed by Iranian-Canadian architect “Hossein Amanat ” in 1971 to commemorate the 2500th anniversary of the first Persian empire.
