BLACK NIGHT by YOSHIHIKO

This is a 3 shots stitched panorama.

I’d been working this as a my first serious panoramic work in order to apply

The EPSON International Pano Awards 2015
.

The award is highly competitive and you’ll be differently stunned by winner’s massive panoramic works.

I’ll humbly announce that mine was got into top 50 (22th) in the
amateur built environment/architecture category
.

Congratulations Max Rive
, who is a great landscape photographer and most of you here in 500px know, on his great achievement ” Major Open Award Winner 2015″

You must see his winning work.

Streets of Kyoto by geraldmacfly

This is quite a popular spot in Kyoto for sunset and for a good reason I think.
The views of the old streets, with the pagoda represents well the past streets of Japan.
I was really lucky for sunset with the nice clouds and light.
This is a manual blend of multiple exposures using luminosity masks, to deal with the high dynamic range between sky and streets.
