Taken on our last holiday. This part of the little town is known worldwide, and I’m sure there are millions of images around like this. What makes this somehow a bit special, is the fisherman waiting for his catch of the day.
Colmar, Alsace region, France
sunset at Little Venice in Mykonos (Island of wind)
After a few days in Paris I drove to Colmar to visit the beautiful little city I had heard so much about. After arriving around 9:30pm and eating a late dinner in the hotel, great michelin star rated restaurant, yummy, I grabbed my gear and went for a stroll. Stayed out from 10:45pm until about 5:30 am. Saw a few people and a few cars but for the most part I was alone walking the streets and exploring. Great time
Taken during my holidays in Brugges. I didn’t go for the most creative shot, as this particular point of view is the most photographed place in Brugges. But I sure understand why, as the belfry tower illuminated at night and reflecting in the canals, with a foreground of ancient buildings, is just superb.
So here’s my version, better seen on a black background if you’re at your computer.
