Kings Cross Underground Station, London, England – http://ift.tt/V5qrF7

I couldn’t resist in playing around with this tunnel and this was the result, another to add to my ‘Conceptional Fabrication’ photo series, it is good fun.

I have done two versions of this, one in this monochrome feel and the other in a colour feel. Personally I prefer this one as it gives it a more sci-fi futuristic feel to the image but I might upload the other later on and let you see which you all prefer.

This is one tunnel I plan to revisit next time I am down in London which will hopefully be Open House London. As always I can’t wait for it and look forward to seeing what the Open House team have in store as the main events!

I am planning on doing a blog post maybe next month of some of the places I have visited in the last 5 Open Houses that I have done to help those make decisions on where to visit and photograph.

Would this be of interest to anyone?

Hope you are all having a great week so far and looking forward to tomorrow being Friday and all! 🙂

Kings Cross Underground Station, London, England – http://ift.tt/V5qrF7

This is one of my favourite tunnels on the London Underground, well the image above is slightly edited but you get the idea. Last year when it was opened it was the in place for every photographer to visit (well up until the Canary Wharf Tunnel thats just opened which I have yet to photograph) so I wanted to do something a bit different with my image.

I have already previously uploaded a classic version of this tunnel but felt it would work as part of my ‘Conceptual Fabrication’ series and the image you see above is the result of it.

I hope you like it and let me know your thoughts.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

The Angel Building, London, England – http://ift.tt/V5qrF7

Wow this is my 6th Black and White image I have uploaded to Flickr, might inject a bit of colour into the next upload.

This is the awesome interior of the Angel Building in London. I looked down from this balcony and had to take this image due to the wonderful amount of textures and intersecting lines, this is one building I may revisit during my next Open House this year.

I have had a few questions about how I get these images and the answer is Open House London, a weekend every year that London allows the public to visit buildings that are not often open to the public. Its a great weekend if you have never been and I highly recommend it.

I am planning on doing a blog post on my website for you all to give you an insight into the weekend and of course which buildings I recommend and tips too.
