Tampa Sunset by kspics

“Nothing else is like a sunset, whether it’s in the country or in the city! There’s that moment, when it suddenly throws colors across the sky and somehow a new hope pours into the world and you just know it’s going to be a better tomorrow!”

I was so happy to be in this city for an assignment! I love the sleek lines of the downtown buildings and even got one evening to do some shooting before moving to next location. The bridge lights change color every few minutes and it makes for overly colorful long exposures when it gets dark, so chose this earlier shot of the sunset. Hope you enjoy it!! St. Peter’s Basilica Sunset by miketlim

This was one of the few nights I was able to shoot a sunset on my Europe trip. The lights had just come on St. Peter’s Basilica with the St. Angelo Bridge in the foreground when I shot this photo.

I was worried as the sky was pretty much clear and cloudless for most of the day. Luckily, a few low-lying clouds decided to make an appearance at the right time.
