Old Courtyard by alexanderhypelayer

Saint Petersburg’s courtyards are an important part of the city culture. The most interesting feature is their shape. You can often meet “courtyards-wells” in the city center (enclosed courtyards with houses that look like deep wells).

Hammam by AliKordZadeh

This bath house or so called Hammam is situated within the ruins of the Ancient Agora, close to the Tree of Hippocrates. It is known as the Great Yalı Hammam. This Ottoman bath house, built in the 17th century, is the only bath house among the Dodecanes Islands to have been used up to 1948. Because of its proximity to the harbor, from 1948 to the 1980s it was used as a salt depot.

THE WHITE PEARL by BenoSaradzic

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, photographed at the end of the gloomy day which was dominated by sandstorms and rain. It’s very rare that my aerial photography missions take place on day with such dramatic skies. This was one such case. It’s amazing how the snowy white marble of this magnificent structure manages to maintain its luminosity, even on a somber day like this.
Photographed through the open door of the Eurocopter AS350. I used Canon 5DMk3 and Canon 8-15mm fisheye f/4L lens.
Spherical distortion produced by the fisheye lens was corrected with Photoshop CC 2015 and graded in NIK Collection suite.

Urban Saga I – Chicago Skyline by JuliaAnnaGospodarou

I finished this image a while ago but I’m only now presenting it publicly. In the meanwhile it has won a few important awards I’m proud of, like Gold medal and 2 Silver medals at PX3 2015 Prix de la Photographie Paris and FAPA 2015 Fine Art Photo Awards London, where it was category winner.
I’ll be back to Chicago very soon as I’ve just launched my Chicago Workshop 2105, on October 17-18, the weekend of the famous festival Open House Chicago when more than 200 iconic buildings are open to visit and photograph. There are 10 spots available and a special price for the next 2 weeks. Details on my website http://ift.tt/1JlUFY0
